Train Bugs
Comments (0) Everyone who commute to work in London knows about the transport frustrations nearly every day, if not every day.
This morning I was 5 minutes before my train on the station. The train was as usually late for few minutes (if you’re lucky, 2 in 5 days it is cancelled), and then on the next station we were kicked out from it, 4 couches full of people, I mean full on seats and standing, due to a technical fault.
I’m paying a fortune to this people to get proper service, and every day is just a frustration. Every day I have to send email or call at work that I’ll be delayed.
I have no option of getting earlier train every day, but earlier in the mornings is better, not much, but is better then after 8:00.
Then after half an hour standing in the light rain waiting for the next train (which is also delayed) finally I’ve managed to get in to the train (boarding the train is like you are playing rugby!), and YES! a got a seat and I’m at work finally at 10:00. The Bus was good to me this time. Usually they are not bad, but after 18:00, they are rubbish too.
That is London train service. Rubbish!
I’ll take photos tonight and tomorrow just to illustrate this.
And no one is doing nothing about it. Doh!
We need a bug fix strategy here. Let’s start a bugzilla to report all the bugs, and then maybe they will have a list of things to do, because obviously they don’t have any system or strategy to solve this issues. This is going on for years.
