Don’t run…
Dengerous times.
Dengerous times.
I couldn’t resist to share my happiness of release of such a great album yesterday, from such a legendary great artist: Bob Mould. I’ve bought it today, and I’m telling you- it is absolutely brilliant.
For you, younger rockers, and music lovers, if you don’t know who Bob Mould (HuskerDu, Sugar) is, better check your history books. Go to his own blog, modulate.blogspot.com where you can find lots of links from latest reviews and you can learn more about this great musician. Maybe you’ll like it. Just as introduction, from Pixies to Nirvana (not to mention FooFighters) to Coldplay, that guitar sound and style – it’s his.
For me, in this sad days of rare good music, this is like sun after years of rain (and opposite
).
Worth mentioning, it is first time I’m introduced with the work and the history of the keyboard player of this fall’s Bob Mould world tour, Morel. It happened to be #1 selling producer according to Billboard Dance Chart. Bought his last album “Lucky Strike” from the last year. Another brilliant album, I highly recommend. His world is called http://morelworld.com/life.html
Good stuff.
It’s stupid to write here about that London terror shit. And I won’t. That’s for BBC.
More we write about them, and more we talk about them, we just involve them more in our lives. I’ve decided to ignore them.
If I see someone in person, ok, will do my best to stay alive, but what can you do about it, tell me, what can you do about it, if you see a moron trying to blow-himself in front of you? What can you do about it?
It’s been fifth day I’m ill, infected with terrible virus. Many colleagues, friends and people I know are ill to, same virus. Went to GP. No cure. Just rest and drink lots of water and PARACETAMOL every 6 hours. I think she forgot to mention that I should eat sometimes.
My temperature goes up and down every six hours. I feel terrible. In 20 years I don’t remember being this ill.
But new days are ahead. Today I feel a bit better and will try to go to work tomorrow. All I know is, if you stay at home, things might go on worse.
I’m afraid that I’ve infected my family now, and after few days they will be ill too. Let’s hope they have better immune system then mine.
While I was ill, at least i started to write some new music a got time to read books.
One day, I will tell you more about my music.
