The Magic Numbers – Royal Festival Hall 05 Dec 2007

It was magical. I checked the band’s site in November just to see what they are up to, and when I checked the Gigs section I saw a London date. Bought 2 tickets straight away.

It is one of my favorite bands since their first self-titled album released 2005. That summer the only tracks played in my car on holiday trip accross France were The Go! Team and The Magic Numbers.

The band played nearly 60% of the concert with the Robert Kirby String Orchestra. This fusion added another beautiful dimension to their lovely crafted and amazingly singed songs. It was truly magical evening. I’m so glad musicians like this pair of brothers and sisters are around. I must say Romeo’s talents are enormous.
