I couldn’t resist to share my happiness of release of such a great album yesterday, from such a legendary great artist: Bob Mould. I’ve bought it today, and I’m telling you- it is absolutely brilliant.

For you, younger rockers, and music lovers, if you don’t know who Bob Mould (HuskerDu, Sugar) is, better check your history books. Go to his own blog, modulate.blogspot.com where you can find lots of links from latest reviews and you can learn more about this great musician. Maybe you’ll like it. Just as introduction, from Pixies to Nirvana (not to mention FooFighters) to Coldplay, that guitar sound and style – it’s his.

For me, in this sad days of rare good music, this is like sun after years of rain (and opposite ).

Worth mentioning, it is first time I’m introduced with the work and the history of the keyboard player of this fall’s Bob Mould world tour, Morel. It happened to be #1 selling producer according to Billboard Dance Chart. Bought his last album “Lucky Strike” from the last year. Another brilliant album, I highly recommend.
